This Privacy Policy explains what information Lead Intelligence, operated by Lagran Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. ("we", "us"), collects when you use the Service, and how we use it.
When you create an account, we collect your username, email address and password (stored securely, hashed). When you top up your wallet, our payment processor, Razorpay, collects your payment details directly — we do not store your card or bank details ourselves.
Business records you search for or view (names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, emails, ratings) are sourced from third-party providers, primarily Google Places, and stored in a shared database used to avoid re-querying the same business repeatedly across all accounts. This business data is not personal data about you, but note that phone numbers and emails belonging to businesses (including sole proprietors) may be considered personal data under some regulations — you are responsible for handling it accordingly when you use it.
We log searches, campaigns, wallet transactions and related activity associated with your account so we can bill correctly, provide search history, and diagnose issues.
We use Google Places to source business data, and Razorpay to process payments. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting/legal purposes afterward. The shared business database is retained indefinitely, as it is not personal data about any Lead Intelligence user.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your account data, including hashed passwords and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us at Sales@lagran.in. Deleting your account does not remove business records from the shared database, as those are not personal data about you.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
