These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lead Intelligence (the "Service"), operated by Lagran Software Solutions Pvt Ltd., registered at Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Lead Intelligence lets you search for local businesses by keyword and location, and returns business records (name, address, phone number, website, email, rating and a lead score where available) sourced from third-party data providers, primarily Google Places, and from a shared database of previously found businesses.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you register for.
The Service is billed on a per-contact basis: you are charged only the first time a business with a phone/mobile number on file is delivered to your account — never for running a search, never for a result with no phone number, and never twice for the same business, regardless of whether it came from the shared database or a live lookup. Charges are deducted from a prepaid wallet you top up via Razorpay. Current rates and plans are published on our Pricing page and may change from time to time with notice on that page. Business data is sourced from third parties (including Google Places) and from other users' searches, and may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of any business record, and you are responsible for verifying any contact before relying on it commercially.
You agree not to use the Service to violate applicable law, including telemarketing, SMS, WhatsApp messaging or email regulations (such as India's TRAI/DND regulations or equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction) when contacting businesses found through the Service. You are solely responsible for how you use the contact information you obtain, including obtaining any consent required before contacting a business.
The Service, its software and its branding are owned by us or our licensors. The business data you retrieve may be reused by you for your own business purposes, but you may not resell, scrape or redistribute the Service itself.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Any remaining wallet balance on termination is handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or of any data obtained through it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having exclusive jurisdiction.
